The Beginning

  It was while working as an Art Auctioneer that I came up with an idea to one day run an online Art gallery.  I had seen it time and time again, people too intimidated to walk into the gallery or one of my auctions.  I have been guilty of it myself over the years.  While on holiday in Cornwall this year, I was walking down the arcade and spotted a fantastic work in a window of the local gallery.  I stopped dead in my tracks before going in because, I felt that strange pressure some of us may feel when being approached by a sales person.  I could not believe my reaction!  That’s when I knew that I had to pursue my idea!

     I began to set up the gallery the following week.  I started to put out feelers for the right kind of pieces to post to the world.  I have managed to secure some really great works from artists all over the world.  There are going to be many more gems to come!  I promise!
